Fair Oaks Walk is a faculty and staff housing community developed in partnership with the Cal Poly Pomona Foundation to provide quality, attainable homeownership opportunities for university employees. Our program is designed to support the long-term stability and success of the campus community by making homeownership more accessible near Cal Poly Pomona.
Through a unique ground lease structure, homeowners purchase their residence while leasing the land from the Foundation, helping reduce overall costs while maintaining long-term affordability. Our mission is to foster a vibrant, owner-occupied neighborhood that supports the professional and personal lives of Cal Poly Pomona faculty and staff.
